In the speech, author explained the scale of Cultural Revolution, that took 2 million lives, with detailed statistics and undisclosed photos. He also criticized the definition of the word 'the people' in communist China, which does not include every human being. It's defined only by CCP(Chinese Communist Party) and outsiders are labeled as 'Enemies of People'. That's the impetus of ongoing Chinese tragedy.
